RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before you return your item/s please contact us so that we can expect your return and prepare to process your refund quickly - The information we will require is your email address, your billing address and the item/s you will be returning.

We will provide you with the address where the item/s will need to be returned to at the time you contact us to tell us you will be returning something from your order. 

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase so once you've returned the item email this to us.

You will need to send your return to the address we provide you with.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Item/s with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours. Please note, it can take 5-10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider for the money to show in your account once a refund has been issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If after 5-10 working days from when your refund was confirmed, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a repalcement, send us an email at info@bkcretail.com with a photo of the defect or damage. We will then advise further.

Shipping
To return your product, you will need to contact us first by sending an email to info@bkcretail.com. We will then send you the address to return the item to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
